Based on the TV series, the well-known TV celebrity chef and Slow Food promoter Clodagh McKenna has published this recipe book which contains a lot of delicious and unusual recipes made from seafood caught in Ireland. The Burren Smokehouse gets a big mention on pages 152 to 155! The last paragraph goes like this: "Peter and Birgitta are a powerhouse couple who have not only built up a successful fish-smoking business, but have rooted it firmly and proudly within the context of their local community."
